Very Scary!! The three girls were in the red cab. As the wheel turned, their cab got caught on the green cab, essentially tipping the red cab at a 90 degree angle, which ultimately caused the three girls to spill out of the cab and fall to the ground.
On ferris wheel rides we're usually told: no rocking. I can't imagine the horror these girls felt, they had no control over this situation.
