Top 5 Birthday Party Games

We are planning a birthday party in the coming days. We want to share with you some awesome party game ideas.

1. Skittle Race

Pour a big bag of skittles into a large bowl. Each child needs a drinking straw. On the other side of the playing area set up two cups for teams or an individual plastic cup for each player.
The children must rush to get as many skittles as they can into their cups by sucking the skittles onto their straws and running it over to drop in their cup. They may not touch the skittles with anything other than the straws. Give everyone 4 minutes to see who can collect the most.

2. Bananas

This game is much harder to play than explain, and you should explain it outdoors- things will get messy!  Provide the brave participants a banana. Have them take their sock and their shoes off and take a seat on the floor.  Instruct all players to keep their hands behind their back and challenge them to peel their banana with just their toes and feet. First unpeeled banana wins!

3. Mummy Wrapping

n this super silly game kids will race to mummify their teammate by wrapping them completely in toilet paper. First, you’ll need to divide the children into teams of 2-4 . One child from each team will be the mummy. The other children will be given 1-2 rolls of toilet paper. The teams will work together to completely cover the “mummy” with the toilet paper. The first team who uses all their toilet paper and has the most tp coverage of the mummy wins!

4. Sock Mania

In this game, the children compete against one another, two players at a time. Have the kids sit on the floor, and then place a giant pile of socks between them. The kids will race to see who can put the most pair of socks on their feet in a single minute. Allow each player to have one pair of socks at the ready, and then blindfold them before they begin. Count the number of socks after the minute is up, and then begin the next race. Winners can ultimately play against one another to determine who wins the grand prize.

5. Prize Walk

This game is similar to a cake walk (a popular carnival game), but instead of winning a cake, kids win prizes. Write numbers from 1-30 on squares and tape them to the ground in a circle. Make small numbered squares to correspond with the numbers on the ground and keep them in a basket. Start the game by having each child stand on a number and begin walking around the circle when the music starts. When the music stops they have to stand on a number. If their number is chosen from the basket, they win a prize. This game can continue until everyone wins a prize.
