GRINCH PARTY PUNCH



GRINCH PARTY PUNCH
1 (2 liter) Sprite
1 (46 oz.) canned pineapple juice (not concentrated)
1 (48 oz.) carton lime sherbet
red sanding sugar (for glass rim, optional)

Put the Sprite and pineapple juice into the refrigerator overnight to get cold. 
Wash and dry a large bowl or punch bowl
Scoop the sherbet into the bowl, one scoop at a time so it melts quickly
Slowly pour Sprite and pineapple juice into a large punch bowl and gently stir.
Once the sherbet melts the punch is ready

Dip the rim of the glass in water, then into the red sugar-- to coat the rim of the glass.
