The Shrinker (with coffee) recipe inspired from Trim Healthy Mama Facebook page

I finally bit the bullet and ordered mct oil, collagen, nutritional yeast, and glucomannan from Amazon last night.
I found whey protein at Big Lots for $14.00 yesterday. They also had almond flour, still $12.00 like at the supermarket, but it's got to be had and I grabbed it along with golden flax seed.
Today is day two of sipping on the shrinker.






A quart jar
Two trays of ice cubes
Almond milk
Oolong tea
Cayenne pepper
Sea salt
Cinnamon
Stevia
Pure Vanilla extract
I added a little black coffee today
