Singing Canary Dry Concentrate
Makes 12 Pitchers
Dry Mix Ingredients: You can store this mix in a sealed container in your refrigerator.
• ¼ cup Vitamin C 2,000-4,000 mg
• ¼ cup ginger, powdered
• ¼ cup nutmeg
• ½ cup collagen
• 2 ¼ tsp. sea salt
• 2 tsp. pure stevia liquid
a generous couple of shakes of ground cloves
To make a refrigerator pitcher:
**Before adding the liquid ingredients to the blender in a small pan or microwavable bowl combine 1 tablespoon of turmeric and 1 teaspoon of black pepper add in ½ cup of water and simmered for 7 minutes or microwaved for two minutes .. really adds to the flavor of the drink) Add into the blender
Use 4 teaspoons of the above DRY Concentrate in the blender with the turmeric black pepper mix
• 1 tsp. MCT/Coconut oil
• 6 Tbs. Lemon Juice + Pith (3 Lemon Juice Ice Cubes)
• ½ tsp. pure vanilla extract and lemon extract
I'd add 4-5 cups of water and blend for three minutes.
Add everything into your 2 quart pitcher fill with ice cubes and water to make 2 full quarts.
This drink is slow sipper. It always fills me full of energy.
