Dalton and Katie, aka "The Real Life Fault In Our Stars" as dubbed by CNN are needing your help. Both with Cystic Fibrosis, both received double lung transplants, both battled Lymphoma. Dalton battled Bowel Perforation/resection and now with severe pneumonia intubated and on the ventilator in St Louis. Katie in End Stage Renal Failure now on hospice in Kentucky.
Dalton went to Heaven yesterday, September 17, 2016 at 12:56pm. He fought so hard but his organs failed him. Please help us with the remainder of his expenses and funeral costs. We all miss him so much already. He is now pain free and can breathe freely for the first time ever. God Bless you all. Hug your loved ones and tell them you love them often.
