We have been busy busy these last two weeks and according to my calendar there's no slowing down anytime soon. Roaming through the cabinets, I found some apple liqueur and now, I'm ready to make a pie!
I have apples, lots of apples. I also have a few jello no bake pie crust mixes. I'm not a fan of pie crust, I usually buy the oreo premade pie crust.
If you ever end up with just the packet of jello pie crust dry mix and its been eons later here's the directions
2 tbs sugar
5 tbs melted butter or margarine
mix in a pie plate until crumbles are moistened
press into the pie plate
pour in cheese cake mixture and refrigerate
