I love a great love story; and I'm glad these two were able to fall in love and feel love these last few years.
Katie passed away, just five days after Dalton.
They were born with the genetic disorder that attacks the lungs and also affects the digestive system and multiple other organs. They met through a mutual friend, and were married five years ago.
Both received lung transplants but developed complications including lymphoma.
